Makeshift info:
Sway: When set as consul, a high sway hero boosts resource production and lowers build times. Sway also increases hero Faculty. Later on in the game you'll want a lot of hero Faculty, so adding sway points to your battle heroes will help a ton.
Bravery: Increases troop attack. Put points here for heroes that lead Equ armies, for example. Good for spiking heroes.
Parry: Increases troop defense. Adding points into this will increase your troop life - Typically I add more points into this than Bravery, because I would rather my troops last more rounds in battle!
Hero equation (non POT): Add up all the stats (Sway + Bravery + Parry), then subtract their level x 3 from that total number.
If this number is greater than 48 or so, then you have a good hero.
For POT heroes, you just add their POT number into the total stat points for every 10 levels, the rest of the equation is the same.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Faculty: Affects how many troops your hero can hold.
Retainer: How much sest the hero consumes per hour.
Physical: use up in combat. One Physical point is gained with ever level upgrade, up to 150 phys I believe. One point is replenished every 6 minutes, or 10 per hr.
Loyalty: Determines the percent rate a hero has of being captured in a battle. Also it is rumored that 100 loyalty ups the drop rate. No idea if it's true or not
Stat Point Total - (Hero level x 3) = Base points.
Example: Hero level 12, Sway 33, Bravery 25, Parry 26.
Total Stat Points: 84, subtract 36 (hero level x 3) = 48.
Base = 48.
