This guide is a general attack guide intended for beginners to get the hang of marauding. Please ask someone in-game for help if you have more questions!
Level 1 and 2: You should be able to attack these with the troops from your first captive pack in the game. let's say you got about 300 hast and 150 sagi. Disburse them in the troop slots on your hero like this: 100/100/100 hast in each top slot, 50/50/50 sagi in each bottom slot. This helps reduce damage.
Level 3: First off your military techs need to be level 3 or higher. Footpace, Medication, and Security. You also need at least a level 3 plaza and three heroes.
The troops you send should be at least 50% MORE than the wild's amount of troops. ALWAYS SCOUT THE WILD BEFORE ATTACKING. Set up two dummy heroes (ATT'N! If you don't know what a dummy hero is read the Dummy Guide Here to learn what they are! It is very imperative you do!) and your main hero. Send your two dummies, and then your main hero last.
NOTE: this set up is referred to as D/D/H or Dummy/Dummy/Hammer. You'll see this terminology in other guides. This dummy set up works because there are only two defending heroes, who fight the dummies, while your third hammer hero kills the defenders. Only three heroes fight per round on either side.
Level 4: Needs lvl 3 techs or higher. Again, you need two dummies an a main hero with at least 150% more troops than the wild has, and using ballista helps greatly! For those with ponies, it should be 205/205 ponies (edited thanks to Ela!) D/D/H. Avoid lvl 4's with ballistas, you'll take more losses if they're there.
Level 5: Please wait until you have several k troops to take one of these babies on. You really should be training ponies and wait until you have about 700 ponies, 350 and 350 in two slots on your hammer. D/D/H, and wilds with ballistas are okay with this set up.
