WSC: War Simulation City
by TheMuffin
by TheMuffin
Summary: A War Simulation City, or WSC, is a non-player city (NPC). Each round of the WSC has a different set of troops. The troop count per round increases with each round. Fighting these WSCs gives you rewards such as Bread and Red Passes. Troops that are shown as lost in your battle reports are NEVER really lost. These cities are great to practice troop set ups on.
Basically the main point of fighting a WSC is to gain the prizes and free experience it hands out. Please keep reading to learn more about these wonderful little cities ^^

Battling A WSC
When launching against a WSC, it consumes one Black Pass and 40 physical from your hero (as well as any hero that joins the arena with the first hero). The travel time to any WSC is always 2 minutes regardless of how far away you are. But the return time depends on the distance.
Strategy: There are many different troop combos you could use to defeat the various rounds of a WSC, but using Equites is by far the easiest and quickest way to take a WSC. Here's a list of what amount of Equites will take levels 1-10:
Level 1-10: 100/100/100 Equites.
Most players put 100/100/100 on each hero because some players like to try and "steal their level 10"... Meaning they'll also launch heroes against the WSC you're trying to beat. So, to make sure they won't lose any hits (or the fewest possible), they add enough for level 10 on each hero.
WSC Prizes
Level 1-9 awards you with one Red Pass, one Black Pass, and one Bread.
Level 10, however, is special. You earn 3 Red Passes, two Bread, two Black Passes, and one Commentarii de Bello Civili.
Please Note: Level 11+ WSCs do NOT give you your black pass(es) back! I would avoid these until you have more black passes than you need.

General Tips:
~When working a WSC up to level 10, it's a good idea to have 10 heroes all set up and ready to go. This will minimize the risk of someone stealing your level 10 hit.
~If you run out of hero physical, don't be afraid to use some of the Bread you've won to get more physical back. Trust me you'll get lots more from the WSCs!
~Recruit any and all low level heroes to use for WSC battles. They are cheap to keep around and have enough physical to be just as useful as your highest lvl hero.
~Pay attention to the reset times. Be one of the first people to hit the WSCs after the reset! The level 1-10 WSCs go very quick.
~Even if WSC taking isn't for you... Try to at least get 4 passes a day. You can trade in 4 red passes for a Large Captive pack, which is definitely worth it early on in the game, as well as later on.
~If you manage to get 300 passes you gain a POT 8 hero! Very, very valuable hero in the game.
